  Had to downgrade from 5 to 1 start after living here 2 years. The service has definitely went down hill. The staff does not take care of the place and they let people do what they want even though they have "rules" . They only choose who to enforce the rules when it is convenient for them.

  7 months living here I would summarize it as not worth it. From what I can tell, as far as the residents are concerned there has been a bait and switch as far as paying a premium for luxury rental. Residents that lived here before and after management changed almost a year ago have pretty much unanimously reported it has gotten much worse, and the building has had issues on multiple different fronts, from burst pipes to repeated fire alarms at all hours to faulty hot water pumps to leaking roofs and so on, which have resulted in constant damage and repairs occuring. At least some of these are from the new management cutting corners (including skeleton crews etc). The response has become predictable: minimizing and a band-aid approach. The interior design of my unit I'm very happy with. The individuals that are hired do their best to help you with the resources they have. But like I said, the troubles are not worth it given the high premiums. Management and ownership has shown very little with regards to preserving the the loyalty and referrals of many very frustrated tenants.
